The fleet.

Four marques selected for the engagements they are paired with.

Choosing between the classes

Each class is on the rotation for specific work.

Tap or click any card for the decision profile of that marque: which engagement type it suits, which engagement another marque suits better, the cabin character relevant to the booking, and the chauffeur briefing emphasis that applies.

01 / Marque

BMW

For long-corridor executive work where the cabin functions as a working environment. Saloon configuration. Suits the Nakuru-Nairobi run and same-day return engagements where calls and notes happen in transit. For ceremonial arrivals the Mercedes-Benz reads more institutionally; for off-tarmac or multi-passenger family transport, the Range Rover.

02 / Marque

Mercedes-Benz

For engagements where the vehicle contributes to how the client is read on arrival. Diplomatic protocol, board-chair movement, wedding transport, corporate event arrivals where the marque carries an institutional reading at the curb. For routine corporate work where the marque should not announce itself, the Audi; for working-cabin executive runs, the BMW.

03 / Marque

Audi

For clients who prefer a quieter visual signature. Legal, financial, and advisory engagements where the principal's preference is restraint over presence. Quattro all-wheel drive opens the upcountry routes within the saloon class. For ceremonial engagements the Mercedes-Benz reads more institutionally; for working-cabin executive runs, the BMW.

04 / Marque

Range Rover

For engagements off the tarmac corridors. Multi-generation family transport with elevated cabin and luggage capacity, film production location dispatch across long days on uneven ground, cross-country routes where road condition is variable. For urban executive runs and short corporate-corridor work, the saloon classes (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi) are tighter to park and lower-profile in city traffic.

Discipline

Inspection and presentation, completed before dispatch.

Every vehicle is inspected against a written standard before it leaves the dispatch base. The cabin is at temperature before the client enters. The chauffeur kit is in place. Nothing is improvised.

Preference process

How to ask for a specific marque.

Tell us your marque preference in the enquiry. The proposal confirms the vehicle assigned. If a substitution is needed, we notify you before departure and hold to the original confirmed price.

Retainer pairing

What the retainer makes possible.

When the retainer scales, the operations team adds capacity around the existing pairing rather than replacing it.
Your chauffeur learns your routine. The vehicle is set to your preferences: temperature, music, water, briefcase placement. That does not happen on a one-off booking.

Vehicle preference belongs in your enquiry.

Tell the operations team which marque suits the engagement at the time of booking. The proposal that returns confirms the assignment, the chauffeur, and any substitution path that applies.
