Long-distance journeys carried out in vehicles engineered for the distance. The corridor and travel plan are shared with the client before departure. The cabin is set up for whatever the journey is for: working, resting, or being out of reach for a few hours.

05 / Monthly Corporate Retainer

Every chauffeur is vetted, briefed in writing, and held to the same conduct register before any engagement. The standard does not vary by service class.

How an engagement begins

The reply returns inside one working day, naming the account manager who will run the engagement and stating the specific pricing for the route, the timing, and the vehicle class involved. For corporate accounts and retainer arrangements, the reply also covers the service-level framework and the onboarding terms that apply.

Hours

The concierge line runs around the clock.

The operations team is reachable 24 hours a day for clients with active engagements. Flight changes at midnight, schedule adjustments on the morning of travel, last-minute coordination when something shifts: these are handled as they arise, not queued for the next business day.

Office hours for new enquiries and account matters are Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 18:00 EAT. Outside those hours, WhatsApp reaches the operations team directly.
