What this service covers.

Wilson Airport in Nairobi. Jomo Kenyatta International. Eldoret International. Moi International in Mombasa. Arrivals and departures across all four, handled under the same operating discipline regardless of which terminal, which airline, or what time the flight lands.

For arrivals, Daima Luxury tracks the flight from the origin. If the flight is delayed, the chauffeur adjusts without the client needing to send a message. If the flight lands early, the car is already there. The client walks out of arrivals and the vehicle is positioned. That is the entire experience from the client’s side.

For departures, the vehicle arrives at the pickup point with time built into the schedule for traffic, check-in queues, and the unexpected. The client does not manage the mathematics of their own airport run. They give the flight time and the pickup address. Everything else is handled.

Every chauffeur on airport rotation has the flight-tracking discipline drilled in. The terminal accuracy, the timing window, the standby behaviour when a flight is delayed: these are not improvised. They are part of the briefing before any chauffeur is assigned to airport coverage.
